Return Policy:
Clothing (except sale items): Something doesn’t fit? We'll take it back. UdderMama is happy to offer a return or exchange within 14 days of receipt for clothing in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition with original tags attached and in original packaging. Refunds are credited in the original method received. Unfortunately and without exception, all sales are final on clearance sale items.
Cosmetic products (except sale items): Ordered the wrong item? UdderMama is happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Unfortunately and without exception, UdderMama cannot issue refunds on opened cosmetics because of hygiene reasons. However, if an item caused an allergic reaction, please contact us immediately with the details and send back the product within 14 days of receipt for a refund. If items were purchased as part of a set, UdderMama can only accept the exchange of the entire set, not individual items within the set.
Our Error: Oops, we are humans after all! If UdderMama made a packing error with your order, simply email or call us first to let us know what the error was, pack up the product and send it back to us (we will reimburse you return shipping).
How to Send Back Merchandise for Exchange / Return: So that we can provide the proper credit or exchange for you, please:
1. Email us to let us know what you are returning or exchanging. We will provide shipping instructions
2. Include the Return / Exchange Form and indicate your reason for the return or exchange
3. Send returns using a secure, track-able method with a major carrier and properly package the merchandise to prevent damage or loss during transit. UdderMama cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return merchandise.

Shipping Charges: Original shipping and return shipping cannot be refunded. On even exchanges, no additional outbound shipping will be charged to send the new product(s) to you. However, if you order products valued at more than the returned product(s) for exchange, then applicable outbound shipping may be charged.
Gift Returns: Don’t like something you got as a gift? We will gladly issue you an exchange – simply return the merchandise to us.
